Greenbush man Faces Charges

A Greenbush man faces charges in Roseau County District Court after he allegedly nearly struck a squad vehicle head-on and then led the trooper on a seven-mile chase.

Jeffrey Travis Peterson, 44, has been charged with felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to a chemical test, gross misdemeanor violation of a restricted driver’s license, misdemeanor driving while impaired, misdemeanor open bottle and petty misdemeanor passing – overtaking vehicle fails to pass to left/safely clear. He was arrested.
