Sharon Hetteen retired as a full time jailer/dispatcher for Roseau County Sheriff’s Department on July 11. She held this position since 1984.

Larry Vatnsdal was celebrating his retirement from Citizens State Bank on July 24 with cake and coffee. Larry had been with Citizens since 1975.

Appearing in concert at the Riverview Park Gazebo on July 26 were Kari and Billy. Kari (Nelson) is a hometown girl.

Brita and Derrick Comstock of Salol celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on July 18.
