It was a windy day

Back and forth. The wind reminds me of my mind when I overthink things. I wear my self out. It definitely impacts my energy level. It doesn't take much to get me going, which really frustrates me. If I could just step back from my emotion, then I know that I would be more objective. Thinking that the stress of Joe being gone, and the transition I am in may be causing this kind of behavior. It is like a sunburn. You just are more sensitive. Like normal, touch is good, but now, if anything frustrates me, it is kind of like having a sunburn.
