Saturday, October 7th was a chilly 45 degrees, but the sun was shining and the sidewalks on both sides of Main Street in Williams were lined with many looking forward to watching the Potato Day Parade. Neighbors were happily greeting neighbors. Former residents of Williams travel from the Cities and throughout Minnesota, or even out of state, to attend the much beloved Potato Day celebration in Williams.
