By any criteria, Roseau City Superintendent David Drown is not an old man.
He's big, he's tough, and he's retiring on December 31.
All of this has resulted in a search to replace Mr. Drown with a person who can step in and do the job of managing the city workers, which no one has to crack a whip to get them motivated.
Mr. Drown has a very capable crew of self-starters.
Last week, Roseau City Council Member Brady Johnson discussed the progress of replacing Mr. Drown.
