Service in the military was challenging, enriching, and humbling.

Margaret Wrobel was born on May 19th, 1982. She was born and raised in the heart of St. Paul, Minnesota for most of her childhood. She was the youngest of 7 children in a family struggling with income. Because of her circumstances she became very depressed and strived for a new life beyond her family. In October of 2000 she went to a Marine Corps recruitment center in hopes of being a part of the United States Marine Corps; her hopes of joining quickly dim...
