Bill Lund couldn't have scripted a better act than his three-day spectacle on ice at the 4th annual Bruce Olson Old Timers Hockey Tournament at Roseau Memorial Arena last weekend.
They paid to play, they played hard, and they played with pride.
You couldn't miss Ollie's Purple People Eaters on Friday afternoon as they joked in the locker room near the North Rink.
It was impossible to overlook this Silver Division team. They have more characters than in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
