For four days in mid-April, the Byfuglien Trucking hockey team did it once again in Brandon, Florida, as they won the 65 and older national hockey championship with a cast of characters that George Burns would have been proud to call fellow senior citizens.
Nobody gets carded when these guys walk into a pub.
Take Bobby Lund, whose golfing partner is his heart surgeon. At 75, Lund is a regular medical marvel.
And he did play!
But he'd rather talk about his remarkable team, which has beaten all comers once again.
