With less than four weeks to go in the 2016 legislative session, Representative Deb Kiel (1B) and Dan Fabian (1A) have made selective reports on House actions. Another commentary is needed.

Rural school districts have not had enough money to hire teachers let alone do more than minimal maintenance. Fosston School District 601 is typical in having to resort to referendums.
