In the New Testament book of Luke chapter 8 beginning with verse 43, we meet a woman. The Bible never tells us her name, but we do know that she had an issue. Her specific issue was an “issue of blood.” What the heck does that mean you may ask? In plain terms it means that her womanly cycle never stopped.
