Wannaska resident Ian Lee Larsen, who had been held in the Roseau County Detention Center following his arrest for assaulting Jordan Brateng during an early Sunday morning bar fight at Springsteel Resort in Warroad on June 5, was released from jail following his arraignment hearing on Tuesday, June 7.

The fight began with a dispute over a rented limousine, beginning with Mr. Larsen first pushing his mother, Missy Larsen, to the ground and then knocking out Mr. Brateng, who suffered life threatening injuries.
