What a shot in the arm for small businesses in the City of Roseau, where there are a number of either vacant or mostly vacant buildings.

Cross off from that list the old Co-op Building just north of the Roseau Police Department.

It is now the site of six small businesses.

Last week, Bob Brellenthin was excited about the joint venture with his partner Luke Erickson.

"That space was originally just two offices with 3,000 square feet of open space," he said.

Not anymore.

"We converted that open space into four more offices that are fully rented at this time," he said.
