Selingsgrove, Pa. - Dolores Watkins passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016.

Dolores Maxine Watkins was born April 7, 1921 to Otis and Mable Norman in Roseau. She was the oldest of seven children and attended school in Roseau. Dolores graduated from Roseau High School in June of 1939.

After school she was offered a job by Walter Bell doing secretarial work at a car dealership. She then started working for Bert Hanson, the county attorney in Roseau. After moving to Minneapolis, Dolores worked as a secretary for the Minnesota News Company and when WWII started she moved to Washington D.C. and wo...
