West Fargo, N.D. - Madelyn R. Kitzan passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016, at her home surrounded by her family and under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.

Madelyn Rozalia Kitzan was born July 21, 1951 in Roseau, the daughter of Russell Julius and Rose Marie (Davidson) Dahl. She was raised on the family farm in Falun Township and attended the Falun rural school through the 8th grade. The family moved into Roseau when she was eleven.
