On Monday evening before everyone sat down to break bread at the Roseau City Center, it was only fitting that Mr. Lance Dubay and the Roseau High School Jazz Band were keeping everyone in step.
Forget the food.
It was the music that provided the backdrop as Mayor Jeff Pelowski stood in a small group, talking shop, shaking hands, and smiling.
He's a pro at these banquets.
Over in another area, LeRoy Stumpf, now a retired politician in the finest sense of the word, was shaking hands and also smiling.
