The Roseau Rams Cross Country team is off and running. The temperatures have been great and the runners are working hard. The team enjoyed a speed workout at Hayes Lake State Park during the second week of practice. The trails were nice and the morning was a perfect 60 degrees as the workout began. It was a good team-building workout day.
