Stewartville - Don died Thursday, September 7, 2017 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Don was born June 12, 1939 in Roseau, to Melvin and Edith (Knutson) Markstrom. He attended Roseau schools and after graduation in 1959, he moved to Aurora. On February 13, 1960 he married Susan DePaulis in Biwabik. He worked as a millwright and retired from LTV Steel in 1995 with 36 years of service.
