Ruth Delores Buck, the daughter of John and Alvina (Hodge) Buck was born in Grand Forks on August 7, 1924. She was raised and educated in Grand Forks. Ruth married Kenneth Brenna on April 1, 1948 in Grand Forks. They made their home in Grand Forks where Ruth provided cleaning services for several local motels and private homes.
