Roseau - Jeffrey Clayton Carlson passed away on November 20, 2017, at the age of 51 after a long battle with Diabetes.

Jeff was born in Grand Forks, N.D., on October 6, 1966 to Barbara (Monson) and Clayton Carlson. He moved with his family to Maryland and when returning, Jeff attended Roseau schools where he was active in sports and music and graduated from Roseau High School in 1985. He then attended the University of North Dakota where he graduated with a degree in Accounting.
