Roseau defeats Crookston in big football game

The last regular season game for the Roseau Rams football team was the traditional Seniors Night. Fifteen seniors were honored before the game as the 2 and 5 Crookston Pirates came to town to battle the 2 and 5 Roseau Rams.

The winner of this game would secure a home playoff game in the first round of Section 8AA playoffs.

Both teams were coming off tough losses from the week before as Crookston lost to Pelican Rapids 51-14 and Roseau lost to Pillager 63-6.

Roseau elected to receive the opening kickoff and their first drive stalled out in Crookston territory.
