Skime now has real legal bragging rights

Located along County Road 9 on the southern edge of Roseau County is Skime, a location where bootleggers during the Prohibition era made their own homemade whiskey and other remedies not considered kosher by the federal authorities.

Even in the modern era, it was a novelty if a solitary local chap worked for the Roseau County Sheriff's Department.

Now, little Skime has become a pipeline for dispatchers and jailers.
