4-H state exchange Texans visit the Roseau area

Roseau County 4-H has participated in the 4-H State Exchange Program since May 2011. The 4-H State Exchange Program has a long history of providing youth and adults with opportunities to travel and host youth from different states to learn about 4-H and activities within their area of the United States.

The State Exchange program is a 4-H sponsored program where groups of 4-H youth from one state exchange with another state group of 4-H youth.

Typically, exchanges are arranged for a 2-year period where the group hosts one year and travels the following year. The state exc...
