The Rams Girls' Tennis team entered the September portion of the season with a big weekend of matches in the Brainerd Lakes area. The Varsity team played six matches over two days and picked up some important wins.
A triangular on Friday, September 6th in Staples started with a tough match against the host Cardinals. Staples-Motley is a much-improved team and look like serious contenders for the Section 6A title. The Rams seemed a little sluggish in a 6-1 loss, with the lone win coming from Emma Zimmerman and Ella Trangsrud at 3rd doubles. The girls were warmed up and ready for their...
