Roseau County Veterans: You better read this!

Martin "Marty" Howes, the Roseau County Veterans Service Officer, hasn't lost a step in his advancing years.

He's pepped up about getting Roseau County veterans together for the annual Meet and Greet at the Roseau VFW on Thursday, October 1, at 17:30 hours.

That's military time, and he won't be checking whether your boots are polished or if the brass on your old military-issued belt buckle passes muster.

It's just a great opportunity to see some of the old veterans and swap some old military memories, according to Mr. Howes.
