Erin Grafstrom and the kids went to E.G.F. to visit family. Elsie and Eva had a great time at the circus.

Pat Ferguson came to visit the Sven and Heather Grafstroms to watch Ada’s dance recital and Svea and Ada’s swim meet.

Lola Grafstrom went to Baxter and visited her sister, Sonja Nefstad, over the weekend.

Jason and Ruth Braaten visited Verna Grafstrom Saturday. Vernell Beito and Tunna Lund were Sunday company.

Katie and Erick Comstock and Linnea Harren have been playing hockey in the Cities on weekends.

Kim Reynolds, Mary Grafstrom and I were at the 13th District Horticulture Spring Workshop in Baudette Saturday. In spite of the wet and cold day there was a large turnout. We enjoyed Dana Carlson’s presentation of Minnesota wild bees. Also interesting information about plants the bees need to survive.

The Warroad Friends of the Library are sponsoring a “Free Seed Library”. You can “borrow” seeds this spring and return seeds in the fall.

Betty and Roger Hulst went to Fargo for Roger’s eye appointment Monday. On the way home they visited friends in Detroit Lakes.

An enthusiastic crowd thoroughly enjoyed the Crocodile Rockin’ Band’s tribute to Elton John, Monday evening at the Roseau School.

Pat Ferguson visited and had coffee at Lola and Sam Grafstroms Tuesday morning.

Katherine and Jerry Vertina’s daughter Kay, granddaughter Noelle and great-grandson Noah from Mpls. are visiting for a few days.

Condolences to family and friends of Gary Schroeder who passed away at Bemidji on April 26th.

Lola went to the spring class programs at the Warroad school that Jean Paul Harren and Jens Grafstrom were in.

Birthday greetings to Brandon Lund on his April 29th birthday and Linnea Harren on May 1st.
