Roseau Patrolman Berggren Is Making A Difference

Sometimes, it's necessary to go to the top of the chain of command whenever a cellphone number is needed .
It's interesting how lawmen occupy their off-duty hours.
"I'm giving my grandson a bath," said Roseau Police Chief Ward Anderson on a recent Wednesday evening.
He seemed to be doing a very fine job except the little lad wasn't excited about getting his hair washed.
The phone call concerned Dan Berggren, Roseau's D.A.R.E. officer, who was recently honored by the Roseau School faculty.
"Dan's a very good man," he said, adding that Berggren is a long-time patrolman in Roseau...
