Pulling up to Sport Tops Plus between Roseau and Warroad on Highway 11 just east of the airport, Tony Herling is busy talking to a husband and wife wanting a cover for their boat. The man said he keeps his boat up at the Angle and wants to keep it out of the sun to prevent fading. Most slips don't provide very good cover.
