Miss Li-Ting Chen, also known as Lydia Chen while here in Roseau, was one great girl to sponsor for the Tuttle family. She just completed 10th grade at the high school and returned back to her home in Taiwan this week. Before she left, the Times-Region was able to sit down and talk with her.
