Roseau County Deputy Sheriff Bruce Hanson is facing eight criminal charges, one a felony for presenting false claims to a public officer or body and seven misdemeanor counts, ranging from misconduct to breaching government data practices.

The Pennington County Sheriff's Office along with State investigators conducted the investigation and detailed the charges in a 17 page report.
