Down through the centuries, the Bible has had a celebrated history. Even before it was called the "Bible." Even before the Bible was in the form we have in our hands this morning, the Bible is a book to be celebrated, not worshiped, but celebrated because the Bible is God's Word. It is not humankind's word about God, but rather God's Word about Himself, about humankind, His broader creation, and His Kingdom.
