For those wanting to light up, get high, and just groove on mellow yellow, that won't be happening in the City of Roseau any time soon.

Not legally!

For those who are in constant pain from cancer and cannabis is their only real relief, they will have to travel elsewhere to purchase marijuana.

For those among the local citizenry and non-residents who would enjoy walking down the sidewalk inhaling deeply from a finely rolled joint, that will have to be put on the back burner.

The same if they're planning to camp at the Roseau City Park and smoking a joint with Grampa Ed.
