If they were christening a battleship, a notable person would have broken a bottle of good champagne across the bow.
But this is the new and improved version of the Roseau School.
So instead, they utilized an enlarged scissors to cut the ribbon at 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, August 30, at the main entrance to Roseau High School.
