Badger- Willard Wayne Monsrud passed away at his home near Badger on September 2, 2023 at the age of 89 years.  Willard was born at home in Stokes township to parents Albert and Alma (Larson)  Monsrud.  He grew to adulthood in the Badger community, attending school through the 8th grade. He and Verna Gramstad were married on February 24, 1955 in Steinbach, MB.
