So, most folks wouldn't be caught dead driving it around the block or uptown in Roseau.

Scott Wiberg, 53, a 1988 RHS graduate and straight A Honor Roll student, takes it all in stride.

The former submariner doesn't sport a single tattoo - the mark of most sailors.

It was back in early August when he chatted amiably about his life and times.

First off, he signed up for a burst of six as they say in military, which meant he enlisted for six years.
