An Encounter

"He Left Judea." The setting for our story is a four day journey by Jesus and his disciples from Judea to Galilee. Judea was in the southern most part of Palestine, and Galilee was in the northern most part. In the middle was a province long known as Samaria. "Now he had to go through Samaria." John 4 gives us a birds-eye view of what happened.
