Ever walk by someone working quietly and become curious?

It's usually just a chance encounter, which any of us could have any day of the week if we stop to admire the craftsmanship.

A week ago Wednesday, two workers took a few minutes to chat.

Joel Berg originally hails from Baudette while Brandon Peterson originally hails from Middle River.

"We both live in Roseau," said Mr, Berg.

The city must have hired you?

"No, this is all Dean Mattson," he said, adding they work for Grindeland.
