Every second Thursday of the month in Roseau is a chance to drive away with a variety of foods at rock-bottom prices.
In fact, it's the equivalent of a CARE package.
Judy Otto is the site coordinator for Ruby's Pantry in Roseau.
"Next Thursday, November 9, will be the third Ruby's pantry, and the whole process started basically over a year ago."
Judy had heard of Ruby's Pantry in Bemidji, Clearbrook and elsewhere.
That got her interested.
