Another nice gig for the RHS Marching Band

Roseau High School Band Director Chris Barnes takes things in stride.

If the drummer drops a 50-pound barbell on his big toe, he's understanding.

"Wear steel-toed boots the next time," he might suggest.

The show must go on!

It wasn't a new gig playing at halftime during the UND football game between the Fighting Hawks and Indiana State University on Saturday, October 28, in Grand Forks.

"We've gone there three or four times since I started in Roseau," he said, adding that UND is his alma mater.

"This year, they did four songs. In the years past, they did three."
