Gary Przekwas will be the Roseau Public Works Director

The Roseau City Council interviewed the top picks to succeed David Drown as the City of Roseau Public Works Director a week ago Thursday in the Council Chamber at the Roseau City Center.

"We had close to a dozen applicants and we interviewed three of them," said Mayor Dan Fabian, adding that the interview process was open to the public.

"We could have had a hundred people at the meeting."

It wasn't well attended.

"We interviewed three people - Mike Picard, who currently works for the city, Gary Przekwas, and Payton Hill who works for Apple Valley."
