In early November, Les Bjerk recalled that Sara and her husband, John Haack, had moved from the Twin Cities area to Tarpon Springs, Florida.
"She and her husband started their little t-shirt and souvenir shop there."
That was just a warm-up.
"Sara has always wanted to do food because I had Bjerk Concessions and she had worked for me."
For awhile, she hoped to set up a food truck near the sponge docks. If you're diving for sponges, you can work up an appetite.
The little blonde is an astute business woman and weighed the options of purchasing a truck, and converting it to a mob...
