Kenneth Leverne Brateng, 89

Wannaska- Kenneth Brateng, formerly of Wannaska, passed away on November 28, 2023 at LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau surrounded by his family.

Kenneth Leverne Brateng was born on February 19, 1934 in Roseau to Henry and Myra (Christianson) Brateng. After graduating high school Kenny joined the Army. On June 9, 1957 he married Joann Tapa at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Skime. Kenny worked as a farmer doing dairy and other types of farming. He was an active member of the Linsell Town Board and the Bethesda Church Council.
