Bridgette Albrecht, 18, stands out in a crowd. If she looks dainty, guess again.

She even played elementary coed football in the fourth and fifth grades in Hawley, Minnesota.

If she looked cute in football gear, she was all business.

The longest individual play in football is about 20 seconds, and then there's a brief respite between plays.

At the time, Bridgette was also a gymnast, according to her mom, Sadie (née Furuseth) Albrecht, a 1995 Roseau High School graduate.

Bridgette played safety on defense and tight end and tackle on offense.
