At the half century mark with Jack and his princess

It's likely that Jack Palmquist and the former Bonnie Storey over Warroad way were destined to fall in love.

They were just young kids romping around together.

Just the two of them having fun.

On December 23, Jack and Bonnie celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at the Warroad Baptist Church.

They were married on Boxing Day - December 26, 1973.

That's an unusual time!

"I picked the date and Bonnie's mom, Beverly Storey, hated me for it."
