Roseau- Bette Lucille (Czeh) Holmgren passed away at her home in Roseau on December 14, 2023, at the age of 82. Bette was born on September 21, 1941 in Thief River Falls to Walter and Linnea (Westberg) Czeh. Bette grew up and graduated from high school in Thief River Falls. On October 10, 1959, she married Wayne Manford Holmgren at First Lutheran Church in Thief River Falls. Wayne and Bette moved and lived in California, Lake Bronson, Warren, Three Forks, Mont., and Bemidji before settling and raising their family in Roseau.
