Ericka (née Beito), the daughter of Ron Beito and Lisa Sorenson, took over as the Roseau County Engineer in late April and is a gal for all seasons.
"Yes, I enjoy the outdoors - hunting and fishing, especially. I shot a 10-point buck this year."
The 2014 Roseau High School graduate played volleyball and basketball for the Rams and had a strong interest in math and science.
