Vernon(Bud) Johnson was born in Roseau on Feb 22nd 1929 to Arnold and Edith(Burress) Johnson. Bud’s father, Arnold, owned and operated an electrical repair business, involving radio, television, heating, air-conditioning, electric motors, batteries, etc. Bud grew up being immersed in this environment, as a result he was one of the local experts at repair before he ever received any formal training.
