Roseau- Tom Halvorson passed away on February 24, 2024 at the Warroad Senior Living Center from the effects of dementia. He was born in Roseau on February 23, 1953 to Taylor and Edith (Lingren) Halvorson. Tom attended school in Roseau, graduating in 1971. He worked at Polaris from the time he graduated until he retired to help in the care of his mother at home. Tom enjoyed music and bowling. He was a member of Rose Free Lutheran Church where he served as church secretary in addition to being the sexton of Moe-Rose Cemetery for many years.
