Her name is Anna, and she is the youngest of 14 siblings and grew up on a farm in Salol, about 12 miles from Roseau.
"I'm the baby," she laughed.
She is a Grafstrom, the daughter of the late Lester and Verna, a remarkable woman with a number of amazing daughters and sons.
Maybe Anna is the most unique.
She is an Army National Guard colonel, a garrison commander, a seasoned officer who served in Iraq for 13 months, a mother of four, and has a husband who does not complain.
None of this: "You're being deployed where?"
The former Anna Grafstrom is 44, and she has not set a retiremen...
