Patriotism isn't dead yet.
Flying the colors is still very much alive.
Roseau County Veterans Service Officer Martin "Marty" Howes wants everyone to be proud of America.
Credit Mr. Howes with next week's flag exchange program.
He had pitched the idea to the Roseau County Board of Commissioners late last year, and they thought it was a great idea.
The Roseau County Board then bankrolled the flag exchange.
There are two flag sizes - three by five feet and four by six feet, according to Marty.
