The Roseau County Sheriff's Department arrested Jonathan Lee Johnson, age 35 of Bemidji, on two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree of a minor under 13. The two charges could bring a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison and up to an $80,000 fine.

The charges detail the rape of a girl between the ages of 4 to 6 years old at a Roseau home between 2016 and 2019.
